An invitation to shared care. Two people receive a deep relaxation massage at the same time, each accompanied by their own therapist. The experience includes warm oils, a sensorial atmosphere, aromatherapy, and a cup of tea to gently close the session. Ideal for those seeking a moment of peace, connection, and deep relaxation.

Living Yoga

A living practice that embraces your body and awakens your presence. Created by Yayá Freitas, it integrates somatic techniques, conscious breathing, elements of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, and mindfulness practices — all guided by a deep listening to the cycles, the body, and the emotions.
